Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc. has announced the publication of True Tales of the Tide: An Angler’s Lifelong Quest
True Tales of the Tide chronicles a wide variety of fishing adventures from citation spot to the capture of the largest fish ever caught on rod and reel in Virginia, John Thurston’s 1099-pound, 12-ounce tiger shark. Mike Halperin shares the satisfaction of showing first-time anglers how to achieve angling success and relates his own personal triumphs over some of the ocean’s most challenging creatures. Special skills and fishing techniques are included.
